Who We Are
We're a Lebanese youth-led initiative combining skills training, academic support, and community work — built by young people, for young people.
شبكة التدريب والتمكين الشبابي / Youth Training & Empowerment Network
01
Vision
A Lebanon where every young person can turn a passion into a skill, and a skill into a real opportunity — regardless of where they live or what they can afford.
02
Mission
We run free skills courses, publish scholarship opportunities, and deliver hands-on community impact work. At the centre of that is ThinkSpace 500 — 500 young people who each gain a new skill, a verifiable certificate, and a place at a closing summit attended by government and institutional figures.
03
Our Aims
- 01Train 500 young people in at least one practical skill within the current programme cycle.
- 02Connect every graduate to a job, volunteer role, or scholarship within six months of graduating.
- 03Expand geographic reach beyond Greater Beirut.
- 04Build an active alumni network that mentors the next cohort.
- 05Publish at least 50 vetted scholarship opportunities a year.
- 06Host an annual closing summit that showcases graduate outcomes to sponsors and institutions.
04
Our Story
The initiative started with a small group of volunteers who noticed that the biggest barrier facing young Lebanese wasn't talent — it was opportunity. We began with a handful of courses in Beirut and gradually expanded to other regions.
05
Our Values
- Transparency at every step, from registration to certificate issuance
- Equal access regardless of region or financial situation
- Quality over quantity in every course we run
